YOGA SESSIONS AT FIERCE GYM

For a long time I have felt the benefits of pairing yoga alongside my strength training to aid both my mental and physical recovery and also improve my mobility. 

Life can be pretty busy and I find some time on my matt once or twice a week can really help me switch off , and therefore be more productive in training, work and family life! 

I can’t wait to bring this amazing new class to you all!
